Postdoc: Machine learning workflows and LLMs for enhancing healthcare decision-making

* Position: Post-Doctoral fellow
* Time commitment: Full-time
* Starting date: Flexible from October 2023 or thereafter
* Duration: from 6 to 8 months
* Indicative salary: depending on experience from 2 082,39 Euros to 2 440,99 Euros net per month (2 591,00 Euros to 3 037,20 Euros gross per month) with social security benefits

The work will be carried out in the context of QualiHealth, a multi-partner project recently funded by ANR (the French Agency for Research). The candidate will participate in the research project for enhancing the quality of healthcare data.

*  The successful candidate will work to integrate machine learning workflows and  LLMs in the context of healthcare application scenarios. Specifically, the main missions are:
(i) Research and literature review on scientific workflows and LLMs;
(ii) Designing orchestration algorithms combining machine learning workflows and LLMs;
(iii) Prototyping and testing the solutions for various scenarios with healthcare data;
(iv) Writing scientific papers.

* Required Profile:
– PhD in Computer Science
– Experience in machine learning and complex data analysis and/or data management /mining
– Programming skills in Python
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English
